Area 34 is very lucky to have a number of active tables who put on some excellent and well attended Meetings, Charter Nights, Ladies Nights and other social events. We try our best to support each other and it has been great to see a good ‘area presence’ at many of the events I have managed to attend during my time as Chairman and the Area Liaison for Clitheroe.

We also have a keenly contested Area Sports competition which has provided the framework to put together a competitive team at NSW over the last couple of years.

During my year in the chair I hope we can work together to use the spirit of Round Table to Adopt, Adapt and maybe even Improve on the strong foundations that we already have in Area 34.

We will have a number of new faces on Area Exec this year and hopefully that will bring some fresh ideas and renewed momentum to take our Area Forward.

Round table is all about fun and fellowship and area tabling should be no exception. Individual tables can gain a great deal by coming together and sharing ideas or pooling resources but this will only happen if the meetings are enjoyable and well attended.

Please do everything you can to support your area and each other.
